OPEN AUDITIONS FOR BILLY ELLIOT THE MUSICAL
in association with the Billy Youth Theatre Project

Do you enjoy Singing, Acting or Dancing?
Do you want to work with a Professional Director, Choreographer and Musical Director?
Do you fancy performing in a sell-out musical production?
Would you like a chance of performing at the Billy Youth Theatre West End Gala?

Stage Productions, in association with the Billy Youth Theatre 2011 project, are bringing their smash hit production of Billy Elliot the Musical to The Plaza Theatre, Stockport. Rehearsing once a week each cast member will be put through their paces with a professional production team including top Director Tim Churchill (star of the West End and current UK Tour of Blood Brothers).

Billy Elliot writer Lee Hall, together with Martin Koch (Musical Supervision and Orchestrations), have adapted their original script and orchestrations to produce an exclusive version of the show as part of this unique project.

In addition to performing at The Plaza Theatre, Stockport, between May and June next year selected productions of Billy Elliot from around the country will be invited to perform excerpts from their productions at showcases held at major regional theatres. The Billy Youth Theatre 2011 will culminate with selected productions being offered the opportunity to follow in the steps of Billy and perform at the Billy Youth Theatre West End Gala at the Victoria Palace Theatre, Billy's London home, in July.

ALL PERFORMERS MUST BE NO OLDER THAN 19 YEARS OF AGE ON OR BEFORE MARCH 18th 2011.
